Christian Counseling- I am licensed in GA, SC, FL, DE. I have more than 20 years of counseling experience. I help clients address issues related to life transitions, grief, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, coping skills, anger management, chronic illnesses, church hurt, and spiritual direction.
It's okay to have Jesus and a therapist too. My theoretical approach includes:Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution focused Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Christian Counseling.
