About me

As a trauma therapist and EMDR-certified clinician, I provide a warm, supportive space where healing and growth can take root. Specializing in working with children (ages 4-11), women, and families, I understand the impact of trauma and life challenges on both individuals and relationships. My approach is rooted in deep connection, creating a space where you or your child feel safe, seen, and empowered.

At the core of my work is a deeply connected, warm, and direct approach. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel truly safe, heard, and empowered—where no part of your story is too big or too heavy for me to hold with you. Whether you're navigating medical trauma, reproductive trauma and reproductive rights, or developmental trauma, I provide a steady and compassionate presence to help you make sense of your experiences and move toward healing.

I work through a relational lens, understanding that our earliest relationships shape the way we move through the world. Grounded in attachment theory, I help clients explore how past experiences influence their current patterns, relationships, and sense of self. Through this lens, we can untangle old wounds, identify core beliefs, and create new, more adaptive ways of relating to yourself and others.

I also incorporate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help process and release trauma stored in the body and mind. Trauma doesn’t just live in our thoughts—it’s wired into our nervous system. EMDR allows us to move through distressing memories in a way that feels contained and supported, helping you integrate and heal rather than staying stuck in survival mode.

Therapy with me is not just about working through the hard stuff—it’s also about finding moments of levity and relief. I bring a sense of humor into sessions because I believe laughter, even in the midst of deep work, can be a powerful tool for connection and healing.

Ultimately, my goal is for you to feel truly seen and supported as we navigate your healing journey together. No matter what you bring into the room, you don’t have to hold it alone.
