About me
I help individuals from high-demand religions and neurodiverse individuals thrive in life and relationships.
I specialize in supporting and working with neurodiverse individuals, ensuring an inclusive and accommodating environment tailored to their unique needs. I am also LGBTQIA2S+ affirming accepting of all types of gender and sexual orientations. I offer in person and telehealth appointments and prioritize helping individuals within relationships: family, intimate partnerships, siblings, children, and parents.
Client-centered approach to counseling, where I work collaboratively with you to identify goals and develop a personalized plan for treatment. I use a variety of modalities (DBT, CBT, IFS, Narrative, Somatic, Sex therapy) depending on your goals and what you need. I can help you and your partner(s) improve communication, build intimacy, and strengthen your relationship. Therapy can also be for families, siblings or to help parents navigate their relationship with changes that come from having children.
I am here to support and walk alongside of you in what you are struggling with and provide support for your growth however that looks for you. I strive to provide a safe listening ear.
