About me
My approach to therapy is based on the belief that healing and self-discovery go beyond just the mind. I take a holistic, heart-centered approach, recognizing the deep connection between our thoughts, emotions, body, and spirit. By blending humanistic, spiritual, and body-based (somatic) techniques, I help people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and spiritual growth in a way that feels supportive, grounded, and personal to them.
I believe that each of us carries an inner strength, wisdom, and capacity for healing. I also understand that opening up about emotional and psychological challenges can feel vulnerable and overwhelming. That’s why creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space is at the heart of my work. I want my clients to feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Building trust is the foundation of the therapeutic process because, when we feel safe and supported, real healing and growth can happen. The way I work is warm, compassionate, and collaborative—I’m here to walk alongside you, not to "fix" you, because I believe you already hold the answers within. My role is to help you access your own resilience and inner wisdom at a pace that feels right for you. I feel deeply honored to do this work, and I consider it a privilege to support you on your journey toward greater well-being and self-discovery.
