About me
Dedicated Associate therapist helping Neurodiverse people through connection, strengths, and curiosity.
I have extensive experience in neurodivergent and adolescent trauma counseling, this also includes depression, anxiety, masking stress/burnout, stimming, social difficulties, and family realtionships . Also focusing on adoption attachment trauma and parent coaching. Affirming and social justice oriented, I am a person-centered relational therapist. I work with a growth mindset, strengths base approach. I am a former high school history and SpEd teacher. A parent of two neurodiverse college kids, which means I have lived experience with dual diagnosis. As Carl Sagan reminds us are made from star stuff and that awe and uniqueness we see in the stars I see in my clients.
